This is a continuing guaranty until revoked in writing and acknowledged by Grante Foods International LLC. The undersigned waives notice of any default of this guaranty and promises to pay 1.5% per month plus all costs of collection and attorneys' fees incurred by GFI LLC in the event that this guaranty of payment is placed in the hands of an attorney or collection agency.
Grante Foods International LLC and the undersigned agree that any dispute between them will be governed by the law of the State of Illinois (without giving effect to Illinois choice of law rules). The parties mutually consent to the jurisdiction of any local, state, or federal court located in DuPage County, Illinois, and waive any objection to improper venue or forum non conveniens in those courts.
